What is Coffee Pick?

CoffeePick is simply a coffee subscription system for people who want to try new coffee every month. We simply pick a new roastery and a blend from that roastery each month and send that to all of our subscribers.

When will I get my coffee?

You are one of the greatest and coolest people on the planet earth for registering. We got an immediate notification of your registration. So we know your preferred plan and your address now. Only thing for you to do is waiting for the next mass ordering. We are doing this first working day of each month. Coffee deliveries might be delayed due to your address or how busy the picked roastery is but they are often delivered within 5 working days. Didn't you get your delivery? You can contact us on [email protected] to get more information on the situation.

Can I cancel my subscription?

YES! You can simply go to your profile and click cancel subscription button to cancel your subscription. You can also start it again on your dashboard. So feel free to give it a try and enable your subscription whenever you feel like it.

I subscribed for filter grind but I bought a new espresso machine!?

You have absolutely nothing to worry. Changing all your preferences from your subscription package to your grind type or your address is pretty easy on your dashboard. Just make your changes and click save button.

Can I gift subscription to another person?

Unfortunately that feature is not ready yet. We will send all of our subscribers a mail when it's ready. It will be worth waiting.

I didn't like the coffee I got, what can I do?

Sorry to hear that! We are trying to deliver different blends from different roasteries each time. Sometimes, it's possible that your preferred taste in coffee is not satisfied by this selected roastery blend. If this is the case, please send us a mail on [email protected] describing the taste and we will try to deliver accordingly. Although, not promised of course.

I loved the coffee of the last month, how do I get that again?

It's awesome to hear! We do not order singular coffee packages per user. However, we also do not white label them. So whatever the blend you like, you can always check the packaging and order directly from the roastery itself. If you don't have the packaging anymore, you can always send us a mail on [email protected] so we can help you recalling the roastery and blend name.
